It all started back in 2007, when I made 7 cakes at a go - a big ask for a teen, yes, but we all have to jump off the deep end at some point. That's when I knew how passionate I was about giving a fancy twist to flour, sugar and butter. Something which started as a hobby to enhance the special moments of my family and friends, easily turned into a professional undertaking.
Now, since desserts are not just limited to cakes, and me being a firm believer of 'learning never stops', broadening my portfolio to other types of desserts was a no-brainer. Over the years, I have honed my skills by not only continuing dessert making at home, but also with a short stint in a professional bakery.
